Photography is a skill through which one expresses their view of the world without having to express it verbally

When you capture a good candid moment every one of them remains in everyone’s heart especially in that of a photographer's. This profession isn’t given a lot of appreciation and recognition in comparison to a conventional profession but we must look past the prejudice and try to acknowledge the beauty of this skill.

Nitesh P Vijan, who narrates his story through his clicks is a two-time national level photography winner. He talks about how his happiness lies in the precious moments he captures. His pictures articulate something he has deeply wanted to express but couldn’t through words. He feels that photography gives him a sense of control as the world is seen through his lens and his perspective. He says patience to wait for the right moment and creativity to look at things differently with genuine passion and perseverance are some important skills a photographer needs to develop.

Thomas Roshan, a professional wedding photographer who has covered high profile weddings like the Ambani Wedding and a cruise wedding in Singapore shares his experience in this journey.

Pradeep, a fashion photographer who has featured Taneira, a Kannada actress in his recent photoshoot tells us how his passion drove him to pursue this field. He says that his achievement as a photographer is when he gets a better shot each time, he recognises his achievement with the improvement in his skills. The reason why this field has kept him close to his heart is that he likes people’s expression which tells him their story without the caption. He adds on to say that the skill of a good photographer is to analyse their work after a photoshoot and find an area of improvement in their best of shots.
